The Embassy of Turkey in Iraq is situated in Baghdad. The Turkish Embassy in Iraq established diplomatic relations and it also helps the Turkish national in Iraq. The representation of the Turkish Government through the Embassy of Turkey in Iraq aims to provide consular services to the citizens of Iraq and Turkey. The Embassy helps Iraqi citizens with their queries and assists them in the Turkey visa application process and other necessary documents.

Najaf

The holy city, Najaf is situated in the central and southern parts of Iraq. The city is considered a holy place for Shai Muslims. The sacred place, Imam Ali Shrine, is located in Najaf, the majestic decoration and the architecture of the shire attract a lot of visitors. The pilgrimage site also has street food that serves the traditional cuisine and the Najaf bazaar.  A few other tourist places in the city of Najaf are Al-Hannana Mosque, Kufa Mosque, Al-Shala Great Mosque, etc.

Erbil Citadel

The city of Erbil is famous for its history. The significant historic landmarks and cultural importance of Erbil Citadel attract a lot of visitors every year. Erbil Citadel or Qalat is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, situated in the center of Erbil and the city is still inhabited by people. The history of the Erbil Citadel city dates back to 3000 BC, when it was the political hub for many civilizations. The Shanadar Park in the Erbil province offers various places and areas to entertain the kids along with a hall for local art exhibitions.
